1. Subject of the Agreement
These Terms of Purchase ("Terms") govern the relationship between the purchaser ("Customer") and the copyright holder regarding the acquisition of digital copies of Anatoliy Fursov’s publication "INTERPOL: Facts. People. Mechanisms" via interpol-guide.com ("Site").
By placing an order and completing payment, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms.
2. Digital Products and Delivery
All items offered on the Site are exclusively digital intangible goods:
- E-Book — provided in standard PDF and EPUB formats, compatible with computers, tablets, e-readers, and mobile devices;
- Audiobook — provided in high-quality 320 kbps audio in MP3 and M4B formats with chapter navigation;
- Complete Bundle — provides simultaneous access to both e-book and audiobook formats.
- Delivery is instantaneous: upon successful payment confirmation, personal download links are dispatched immediately to the Customer’s provided email address.
3. Pricing and Payment Terms
Prices are designated in United States Dollars (USD). Payments are processed through secure authorized international payment gateways.
Payment obligations are satisfied upon full authorization and successful capture by the payment provider.
4. Digital Content Refund Policy
Under standard international commercial law for digital products, the statutory right of withdrawal ceases once the digital download or streaming process has commenced.
Due to the intangible nature of electronic files (PDF, EPUB, MP3, M4B) which can be permanently copied upon receipt, purchases are final and non-refundable, except in the event of proven, unresolvable technical defects in the provided files.

5. Copyright & Personal Use License
All textual, visual, audio, and analytical materials are the intellectual property of Anatoliy Fursov and are protected by international copyright laws.
Purchase grants the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, private, and non-commercial study only.
- PROHIBITED: Reselling, public sharing, uploading to file-sharing networks, torrent trackers, or unauthorized repositories;
- PROHIBITED: Modifying, excerpting for commercial gain, translating, or publicly broadcasting the audio materials without express written authorization.
